Shipping Policy

Orders placed online are supplied from our warehouse in Ridleyton South Australia.

Canvas & Panel Sizes listed online have a flat shipping rate of $39.95 Australia wide. This means regardless of how many canvases you order you only pay the fee once per order – we subsidise the rest of the shipping fees. For custom sizes a shipping quote will be included in your custom quote. 

Art supplies shipping is $9.95 flat rate Australia Wide and free shipping over $150 (big and bulky items excluded). 

New Zealand shipping rates are calculated live at check out.

Service Availability:

Delivery is available to all states in Australia and Regional areas.

Delivery is available to New Zealand. 

Delivering your goods:

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

No, all courier bookings are made with Authority to Leave. If the driver deems there is no safe place to leave the order it will be returned to the depot and you will be asked to contact them to make arrangements for collection. If you need assistance with your delivery please follow the link on the tracking email you received when your order was dispatched.

Customs Charges:

You may have to pay Customs charges and or GST on top of the advertised price when your goods arrive in New Zealand. Easy Art Supplies has no influence over New Zealand’s Customs Charges.
