Does every canvas come with a reusable shipping box?
Yes! Every single canvas we produce comes with it’s own custom made reusable shipping box along with all packaging materials (bubble wrap and polycell foam). This includes canvas purchased in bundles.
Does the box have enough room for bubble wrap and will my artwork be safe?
Every canvas is packed with a layer of non-abrasive and chemically inert EPE Foam to protect the canvas and your artwork, then wrapped with 3 layers of bubble wrap for overall resilience inside the box. The cardboard is thick and there are 3 layers protecting each edge of the canvas. We have shipped thousands of canvases domestically as well as internationally and have never been advised of a canvas being damaged. We also wrap the box in shrink wrap when we send it to you so when it’s time for you to reuse the box it looks as clean/new as possible.
How long is manufacturing time?
Manufacturing time varies depending on current demand. Everything is custom made to order – we don’t keep any stock on hand. If you are relying on your order for a deadline please contact us to find out our current fulfillment time. We understand what it’s like to need canvas as soon as possible so will always do our best to assist if you have a deadline to work with. How much is Shipping?
Canvas & Panel Sizes listed online have a flat shipping rate of $39.95 Australia wide. This means regardless of how many canvases you order you only pay the fee once per order – we subsidise the rest of the shipping fees. Paint shipping is $9.95 flat rate Australia Wide. New Zealand shipping rates are calcualted live at check out.
How will I know when to expect my order?
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
No, all courier bookings are made with Authority to Leave. If the driver deems there is no safe place to leave the order it will be returned to the depot and you will be asked to contact them to make arrangements for collection. If you need assistance with your delivery please follow the link on the tracking email you received when your order was dispatched.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we do. If you would like a quote please email admin@easyartsupplies.com.au and include the required size(s), quantity, framing preference (Oak, Black or Stretched) along with your hardware preference (Landscape, Portrait or Unattached). If you haven’t ordered form us before please include your shipping address for a shipping quote.
Do you sell boxes separately?
No, our reusable shipping boxes are a complimentary feature of the canvas. They are custom made on site to fit your canvas.
Do you have a showroom or can I pick up from your warehouse?
We are online only and don’t have a showroom however if you would like any further information regarding our products please don’t hesitate to DM us on Insta @easyartsupplies or email admin@easyartsupplies.com.au. We are happy to walk you through the canvas materials, weave, tooth etc and provide any information to assist with you feeling more comfortable to order.
Do you offer discount for bulk orders?
Whilst we don’t offer a discount for bulk orders we do have a flat shipping rate so regardless of how many canvases you order you only pay the flat shipping rate once per order. For bulk orders we subsidise the majority of the shipping costs as our way of thanking you for your bulk purchase.
What payment options do you have?
Paypal, Credit Card or Afterpay.
Will you frame an existing canvas?

Can you stretch a loose canvas?
No, unfortunately we do not currently offer stretching services.
